On-chain settlement network
Challenge
Cross-border settlement is slow and expensive on traditional rails: intermediaries, delays, and fees that punish small transactions. The client wanted to move settlement on-chain to collapse both cost and time, but at a throughput most chains struggle to sustain.
What we built
We engineered settlement infrastructure tuned for throughput and cost: batching, efficient contract design, and an architecture that keeps per-transaction overhead minimal while preserving on-chain finality. Off-chain systems integrate through a clean settlement layer.

Intelligent document processing for logistics
Challenge
A logistics and transportation operator handled bills of lading, invoices and shipping records by hand, many of them containing handwritten details. Manual entry was slow and error-prone.
What we built
We combined advanced OCR with AI analysis to convert and interpret document images, including handwritten fields, and added machine learning that continuously adapts to new document formats.

Autonomous support agents
Challenge
As the platform's customer base grew, its support team was overwhelmed by repetitive queries, inconsistent tracking data across systems, and limited multilingual support, leaving little time for complex issues that genuinely needed a human.
What we built
We built a multi-user chatbot architecture with session memory, so each customer gets a simultaneous, personalised conversation. Behind it, specialised AI helper bots for tracking, support and payments work together to resolve queries.

Global Gate Marketplace
Challenge
Vendors and buyers operated across fragmented supplier networks with no single, trusted storefront. Listing, selling and shipping required stitching together disconnected tools.
What we built
MappOptimist built one platform where vendors list, sell and ship, and buyers discover and order, with payments, logistics and live inventory unified from the start rather than bolted on afterwards.

Document Intelligence (BFSI)
Challenge
Teams were keying critical financial data by hand from invoices, balance sheets, financial statements and other paperwork arriving in many formats. The work was slow, error-prone and could not scale with growing document volume, while still having to meet strict regulatory and data-privacy requirements.
What we built
We built an IDP/ICR pipeline that treats each document as a sequence of decisions (classify, extract, validate, route), each with a confidence score. High-confidence documents pass straight through; anything uncertain is sent to a focused human-in-the-loop review with the model's best guess pre-filled.

AI-Powered Mobile Keyboard
Challenge
Typing experiences in multilingual markets are hard: users switch scripts mid-sentence, transliterate freely, and expect instant suggestions. Cloud prediction was a non-starter for both latency and privacy.
What we built
We built compact language models with TensorFlow Lite, quantised to run within a strict latency and memory budget on the device. The challenge was less raw modelling and more disciplined engineering: every millisecond and megabyte was measured.

Property Management System
Challenge
The client managed assets, tenants, leases, maintenance and billing across disconnected tools and manual tracking. Reconciling them was manual, reporting was slow, and onboarding a new property meant re-stitching the same workflows again.
What we built
We built a modular enterprise platform on .NET Core with an Angular front end, designed multi-tenant from the first line so each portfolio's data stays isolated while the team operates them all from one place. Modules were delivered in phases so value landed early.

Agentic AI Platform
Challenge
The client wanted to move beyond chat into AI that gets work done: pulling data, drafting outputs, and taking actions across their internal tools. Off-the-shelf assistants could talk but couldn't be trusted to act safely inside business systems.
What we built
We built an orchestration layer on LangChain with OpenAI models, where agents plan against a goal, select from a registry of governed tools, and execute step by step with full tracing. Each tool is a typed, permissioned integration. The agent can only do what it has been explicitly granted.

On-Chain Copy-Trading Bots
Challenge
Retail traders wanted to follow proven on-chain wallets without sitting at a screen, but manual copy-trading is slow, emotional and easy to get wrong. The client needed bots that could detect a target wallet's moves and mirror them in seconds, at scale, without ever taking custody of user funds.
What we built
We built the execution path in Rust on Solana: event-driven indexing, a low-latency decision loop and signing that stays in the user's wallet. Risk rules sit between detection and execution so every mirror trade is gated before it hits the chain.
- Low-latency
- Rust on Solana
- Non-custodial

Prediction-Market Bots
Challenge
Participating effectively in prediction markets means reacting to fresh signals quickly and sizing positions sensibly across many simultaneous markets. That work is tedious and error-prone by hand, and unforgiving of slow reactions.
What we built
We built a Python strategy layer that converts signals into target positions, with a risk module that bounds exposure per market and overall. Orders settle on Polygon through audited contract interactions, and the whole loop is observable.
- Automated
- Signal to order
- Risk-bounded
- Exposure capped

Real-World Asset Tokenization System
Challenge
Representing real-world assets on-chain is as much a compliance and custody problem as a technical one. Tokens have to map faithfully to off-chain reality, transfers must respect identity and jurisdiction rules, and every step must withstand audit.
What we built
We designed compliant token contracts on Ethereum with transfer rules that enforce identity and eligibility on-chain, paired with a custody and settlement layer and a clear off-chain-to-on-chain reconciliation model. Contracts were independently audited at each milestone.
- On-chain
- Compliant tokens
- Audited

AI Student Management System
Challenge
Student data was scattered across admissions, attendance, assessment and fees systems, so educators only learned a student was struggling once it showed up in final results, too late to help. Administration consumed time that should have gone to teaching.
What we built
We built a unified system across the student lifecycle and layered a risk model that combines attendance, assessment trends and engagement into an early-warning signal educators can act on. The intelligence is advisory: it points attention, people decide.

AI Patient Diagnosis Support
Challenge
Clinicians face growing data per patient and limited time to synthesise it. The client wanted to support (never override) clinical judgement with models that could surface patterns across imaging and records faster than manual review.
What we built
We built a decision-support layer combining computer vision on imaging with NLP over clinical text, surfacing findings with the evidence behind them. Every model was validated against clinical ground truth, and the interface is explicit that the clinician decides.

Hospital Management Agentic System
Challenge
Hospital operations are a web of scheduling, records and coordination tasks that consume staff time and are prone to gaps when handled manually across disconnected systems.
What we built
We built an agentic layer on LangChain and OpenAI, integrated with existing hospital systems through governed connectors. Agents handle routine coordination autonomously and pause for staff approval on anything consequential, with every step logged.

Logistics Management Bot
Challenge
Shipment status lived in fragments (across carriers, warehouses and spreadsheets), so problems surfaced as complaints rather than alerts, and routing decisions were made on stale information.
What we built
We built a logistics platform that consolidates tracking into one live view, applies routing optimisation, and runs an exception engine that flags delays and anomalies proactively. Routine coordination (updates, reassignments, notifications) is automated.
- Real-time
- Live tracking
- Proactive

Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
Challenge
A mid-market B2B distributor and field-services provider, working across four regional territories, ran its commercial operations on spreadsheets, a legacy on-premise contact database, shared inboxes and email. The same customer existed in several spreadsheets with conflicting details, opportunities lived in personal files, and leadership could not trust the forecast.
What we built
We delivered the programme declarative-first: standard objects, page layouts, record-triggered and screen Flows, validation and duplicate rules, approval processes and a layered permission model, with custom code kept for genuine gaps. That kept the org upgrade-safe and owned by the internal team.
