Salesforce consulting, implementation and development

We implement and extend Salesforce the maintainable way: standard objects first, Flow instead of tangled triggers, and a permission model built around least privilege. Hire us for a phased implementation, or add Salesforce admins, developers and consultants to your team.

In short

MappOptimist is a Salesforce consulting and development company in New Delhi, India, working with clients and IT consultancies worldwide. We implement Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, build Flow automation, approval processes and security models, migrate data from spreadsheets and legacy CRMs, and supply Salesforce administrators, Apex and LWC developers, consultants and architects on a monthly rolling basis.

01

Problems we solve

Sales and service still run on spreadsheets and inboxes

Opportunities sit in personal files, support requests in shared inboxes and approvals in email threads. Nobody trusts the pipeline and customers repeat themselves.

An org nobody wants to touch

Years of workflow rules, Process Builder, triggers and one-off custom objects overlap. Every change breaks something, and releases get slower.

Duplicate and incomplete data

The same account exists several times with different contacts, required fields are empty and reports need cleaning before anyone can use them.

Not enough Salesforce people

Your roadmap needs an admin, two developers and a CPQ consultant. Hiring them locally takes months and the backlog keeps growing.

02

What we build

Sales Cloud implementation

Lead capture, scoring and assignment, a guided conversion Flow, standardised opportunity stages with Path, product catalogues and price books, native quotes with PDF generation, orders and contract renewals.

Service Cloud implementation

Email-to-Case and Web-to-Case, assignment and escalation rules, Entitlements and Milestones for SLAs, auto-responses and cases linked to customer assets and history.

Flow automation and approvals

Record-triggered, screen and scheduled Flows designed one per object in a defined order, plus approval processes for discounts, contracts and large deals with a full audit trail.

Security model and data quality

Org-wide defaults, role hierarchy, sharing rules and lean profiles with permission set groups per job role, plus validation, duplicate and matching rules that stop bad data at entry.

Data migration and org clean-up

Cleansing, de-duplicating and loading data from spreadsheets and legacy databases in a controlled sequence with reconciliation, and untangling legacy automation in existing orgs.

Salesforce specialists on demand

Administrators, Apex and LWC developers, Sales, Service, Experience and Marketing Cloud consultants, CPQ, Data Cloud, Agentforce, MuleSoft integration, DevOps and QA engineers, from our 25-role rate card.

03

How an engagement runs

1

Discover and baseline

Workshops across sales, service and operations to map the real process and pain points, and a baseline of the numbers you want to improve so progress can be measured.

2

Design security and data first

Access model, object design and data-quality rules are settled before data moves, which avoids expensive rework later.

3

Release in phases

Each release, for example pipeline first, then quote-to-order, then service, goes through sandbox UAT, training and a hypercare window before the next begins.

4

Adopt and support

Champions in each team, quick-reference guides, adoption dashboards and ongoing admin or development support after go-live.

04

Frequently asked questions

What Salesforce work have you delivered?

Our published Salesforce case study is a Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementation for a mid-market B2B distributor and field-services provider with about 450 employees. It ran in three releases over about seven months and covered lead routing, pipeline, quoting, orders, contracts, approvals, case management with SLAs, a least-privilege security model and data migration.

Do you prefer configuration or custom code?

Configuration first. We use standard objects, Flow, validation and duplicate rules and approval processes wherever they solve the problem, and write Apex or LWC only for genuine gaps. This keeps the org upgrade-safe across Salesforce's releases and maintainable by your own admin.

Can you fix an existing Salesforce org?

Yes. We review automation, data quality, security and technical debt, then consolidate overlapping rules and triggers into documented Flows, clean up duplicates and tighten access. Changes are released through a sandbox and UAT so day-to-day work is not disrupted.

How much do Salesforce developers and consultants cost?

Our 2026 rate card lists 25 Salesforce roles. For example, a Salesforce Administrator is $37/hr at 2-3 years, $51/hr at 4-6 years and $55/hr at 6+ years, and a Salesforce Developer (Apex & LWC) is $39/hr, $44/hr and $51/hr. Rates are indicative and confirmed per engagement scope, duration and resource availability.

Are you a Salesforce partner?

We do not claim a Salesforce partner tier on this site. We show delivery evidence instead: a published Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementation, and a detailed rate card of the Salesforce roles we staff. We are happy to walk through the work on a call.

Can we hire a Salesforce developer for our own team?

Yes. Individual Salesforce admins, developers and consultants join your team on a monthly rolling basis and work in your org, tools and standups. See our Salesforce hiring page for all 25 roles and rates.
