Will our clients know you are involved?
Only if you want them to. Engineers can work under your brand, using the email domain, chat workspace and project tools you provide, and introduce themselves as part of your team. Alternatively they can stay entirely back-office and communicate only with your delivery lead. We agree the visibility model before anyone starts and brief every engineer on it.
How do you protect our client relationships?
Engineers are briefed that all client communication runs through you, and they work inside the tools, accounts and access rules you set. Commercial terms for each partnership are agreed with you in writing before anyone starts, and we are happy to work from your standard subcontractor agreement rather than insist on ours.
Where does the code we deliver live?
In repositories you or your client control, not in ours. Engineers commit to your Git organisation, work in your project tools and follow your review process, so the work stays with you and there is nothing to hand back when an engagement ends.
How does pricing work for white-label partners?
Simple monthly rates per engineer or per team, with no recruitment fees. Published rates include a senior full-stack or backend developer at $7,200 a month and a senior AI/ML developer at $8,500. A 3-month commitment saves about 10% and 6 months or more about 20%, which leaves room for your own margin when you bill the client.
Can your engineers work in our client's timezone?
Yes. We match engineers to your working hours wherever possible so standups, reviews and client calls happen live. Tell us the client's location and the overlap hours you need up front, and we shortlist only engineers who can commit to that schedule for the length of the engagement.
What happens if an engineer is not the right fit?
You interview and approve everyone before they start, so surprises are rare. If a fit issue does come up, we replace the engineer quickly at no extra cost. On the flexible plan you can also end an engagement with two weeks' notice, so you are never locked into a resource your client no longer needs.
How do you handle security and access to client systems?
Engineers use the accounts and access you provision, scoped to what their work needs, and you can revoke access at any time. We follow your client's security policies, VPN and device rules, and code-review process. Security and role-based access are designed in from day one on our own builds, and we apply the same discipline on yours.
