Which roles can you supply?
Most engineering roles in AI and LLM development, Salesforce, SailPoint, Dynamics 365, data engineering, cloud and DevOps, security, web and mobile development, UI/UX and QA. Our rate cards list the specific profiles and experience bands. If a role is not listed, send the requirement and we will tell you within one business day whether we can staff it.
How quickly can an engineer start?
We confirm availability, resumes and rates within one business day of receiving a requirement. Average onboarding for a vetted engineer is about a week, depending on how quickly interviews are scheduled and on your client's own onboarding steps.
How are partner engagements priced?
Per engineer, by role and experience band, on a monthly rolling basis. The table above shows indicative hourly rates from our 2026 rate cards; for example, a Salesforce Developer (Apex & LWC) is $39/hr at 2-3 years, $44/hr at 4-6 years and $51/hr at 6+ years. Rates are confirmed per engagement scope, duration and resource availability.
Can your engineers work in my client's time zone?
We match working hours to your client's team wherever possible, so engineers can join standups and daily reviews. Tell us the required overlap with the requirement and we will only propose people who can meet it.
Can engineers be client-facing?
Yes. Engineers can join client calls as part of your team, or work only with your delivery lead. Tell us which with the requirement, and we brief the engineer accordingly.
What is the difference between this and your white-label service?
This page is about supplying engineers for roles on your client projects. White-label development is for handing us a whole project or workstream to deliver under your brand. You can start with one or two engineers and move to a dedicated team or white-label delivery as trust builds.
