MappOptimist is a web and mobile app development company based in New Delhi, India, delivering to clients worldwide. We build web platforms in React, Next.js and Angular with Node.js, Python or .NET backends, and mobile apps in Swift, Kotlin, React Native and Flutter. Multi-vendor B2B and B2C marketplaces with vendor onboarding, integrated payments, live inventory, logistics tracking and catalogue search. Our UK marketplace runs on React, Node.js, MongoDB and Elasticsearch on AWS, with Stripe payments.
Enterprise and multi-tenant web platforms
Business platforms with role-based access, audit logging and reporting built in. Our property management platform for a portfolio operator in the US and Luxembourg is built on .NET Core, Angular, Azure, SQL Server and Power BI.
Native and cross-platform mobile apps
iOS apps in Swift, Android apps in Kotlin, and cross-platform apps in React Native and Flutter. We shipped a native mobile keyboard with on-device TensorFlow Lite models, so typing stays fast and private.
Dashboards and data-driven web apps
React and TypeScript front ends over Node.js or Python APIs for operational platforms: live shipment tracking and exception alerts for a logistics operator, and early-warning dashboards for an education institution.

What kinds of web and mobile products have you built?
Our published work includes a multi-vendor B2B and B2C marketplace in the UK, a multi-tenant property management platform for an operator in the US and Luxembourg, a native mobile keyboard with on-device AI, a logistics tracking platform, an AI student management system and an agentic hospital management system in the US. Each was an end-to-end build.
Which technologies do you use?
On the web, React, Next.js and Angular with TypeScript, over Node.js, Python, .NET or Java backends. On mobile, Swift for iOS, Kotlin for Android, and React Native or Flutter for cross-platform apps. We host on AWS or Azure. We pick the stack for your product, team and hiring plans rather than defaulting to one.
Native or cross-platform: which should we choose?
Cross-platform (React Native or Flutter) is usually the faster and cheaper route when one codebase can meet your needs. Native Swift and Kotlin make sense when performance, device features or on-device AI matter most, as with the mobile keyboard we built in native Swift and Kotlin, where latency and privacy meant models had to run on the device rather than in the cloud.
How much does web or mobile development cost?
Individual developers are billed per hour by role and experience; for example, a Full-Stack Developer is $34/hr at 2-3 years, $42/hr at 4-6 years and $50/hr at 6+ years on our 2026 rate card. Fixed-scope products are quoted after a short discovery, once the first release is defined.
Can you take over or extend an existing app?
Yes. We start by reviewing the codebase, architecture and deployment, flag the risks we find, and agree whether to extend, refactor or rebuild parts of it before adding features.
