The brief

Representing real-world assets on-chain is as much a compliance and custody problem as a technical one. Tokens have to map faithfully to off-chain reality, transfers must respect identity and jurisdiction rules, and every step must withstand audit.

The client needed a system that could tokenize assets, manage custody, and settle transfers — without compromising on regulatory and security obligations.

What the client asked for
  • Represent real-world assets on-chain with faithful mapping to off-chain reality.
  • Enforce identity, eligibility and jurisdiction rules on every transfer.
  • Manage custody and settlement with full auditability.
  • Reconcile on-chain state against the off-chain records of record.
  • Pass independent security audits at every milestone.
  • Give issuers and holders a simple interface over a governed protocol.

Our AI-native approach

We designed compliant token contracts on Ethereum with transfer rules that enforce identity and eligibility on-chain, paired with a custody and settlement layer and a clear off-chain-to-on-chain reconciliation model. Contracts were independently audited at each milestone.

A React/Node application gives issuers and holders a clean interface over what is, underneath, a carefully governed protocol.

03

What we built

Compliant token contracts

Transfers enforce identity, eligibility and jurisdiction rules on-chain.

Custody layer

Asset custody is managed with clear, auditable controls.

Settlement

Transfers settle on-chain with reconciliation to off-chain records.

Identity & eligibility

Participant verification gates who can hold and trade.

Issuer & holder portal

A clean React interface over the underlying protocol.

Independent audits

Contracts reviewed externally at each milestone.

04

How we built it

Compliance drove the design: we encoded transfer-restriction logic directly into the token contracts, so eligibility is a property of the asset rather than an app-layer checkbox. The trusted surface was kept deliberately small and reviewed externally before every release.

We delivered against audited milestones, building the custody and settlement layer and the reconciliation model alongside the contracts, and layering a React/Node application on top only once the protocol was proven. A senior pod owned smart contracts, security and application together.

05

How it works

1

Verify

Participants are identity- and eligibility-checked.

2

Tokenize

Assets are represented as compliant on-chain tokens.

3

Custody

Holdings are managed under auditable controls.

4

Settle

Transfers execute on-chain within transfer rules.

5

Reconcile

On-chain state is reconciled to off-chain records.

The intelligence layer

The sophistication is in the compliance design: transfer-restriction logic encoded directly in the contracts, so eligibility isn't a checkbox in an app but a property of the asset itself. Reconciliation keeps the on-chain representation honest against off-chain truth.

Security was treated as non-negotiable — minimal trusted surface, layered controls, and independent audits before every release.
