Hire blockchain and Solidity developers

Add smart-contract engineers who have shipped audited production systems: settlement, tokenization and trading on Ethereum, Polygon and Solana. We send resumes and rates within one business day, you interview and choose, and the developer typically starts in about a week.

In short

You can hire blockchain developers from MappOptimist on a monthly rolling basis: Solidity smart-contract developers for Ethereum, Polygon and other EVM chains, and Rust developers for Solana. Our 2026 rate for a Solidity / Smart Contract Developer is $38/hr to $52/hr by experience; Rust and Solana roles are quoted per requirement. Our engineers built an on-chain settlement network that handles 2.4 million transactions a day.

01

Why teams hire blockchain developers from us

01

Smart-contract mistakes are permanent

Once deployed, a contract bug can lock or lose funds. You need engineers who design for audits, upgrades and failure from the first line.

02

Few engineers have shipped to production

Many candidates have built tutorials and testnet projects. Far fewer have run contracts handling real value, volume and audits.

03

The chain is only half the system

Indexers, wallets, back-end services and reconciliation with off-chain records take as much work as the contracts themselves.

02

Blockchain roles you can hire

01

Solidity smart-contract developers

Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Chain and other EVM contracts with Hardhat or Foundry: tokens, transfer restrictions, settlement and DeFi logic, written to pass independent audits.

02

Rust and Solana developers

Solana programs in Rust with the Anchor framework, low-latency trading logic and event indexing, as on our copy-trading bots.

03

Web3 back end and integration

Node.js services, Web3.js and Ethers.js, RPC nodes, indexers and connectors between on-chain systems and banking, treasury or internal records.

04

Security-first delivery

Small trusted surfaces, test suites, audit preparation and fixes, kill switches and monitoring for systems that hold value.

03

How hiring works

  1. Step 01

    Share the requirement

Tell us the blockchain role, skills, experience, start date, duration and the working hours you need covered.

  2. Step 02

    Profiles in one business day

We confirm who is available and send resumes with the hourly rate for each profile within one business day.

  3. Step 03

    Interview and choose

You interview the shortlisted engineers and approve the person you want before anyone starts.

  4. Step 04

    Onboard in about a week

The engineer joins your tools, standups and delivery process. Average onboarding for a vetted engineer is about a week.

Ways to hire

01

Individual experts

One or more blockchain developers who join your team on a monthly rolling basis and work under your direction.

02

Dedicated team

A cross-functional squad with a team lead that owns delivery alongside you, for sustained roadmaps.

03

Managed pod

A fully managed pod that delivers a defined scope against the outcomes you set.

Frequently asked questions

Are there discounts for longer commitments?

Yes. Flexible engagements run month to month at the standard rate with two weeks' notice. A Committed plan (3-month minimum) is about 10% below standard rates and includes priority bench access and a dedicated delivery contact. A Dedicated plan (6 months or more) is about 20% below standard rates, with a guaranteed bench reservation, an account manager and SLAs.

How much does it cost to hire a blockchain developer from India?

On our 2026 rate card a Solidity / Smart Contract Developer is $38/hr with 2-3 years of experience, $45/hr with 4-6 years and $52/hr with 6+ years. Rust and Solana developers are quoted per requirement. Rates are indicative and confirmed per engagement scope, duration and resource availability.

Which chains do your developers work on?

Our published systems run on Ethereum (RWA tokenization), Polygon (prediction-market bots), Solana (copy-trading bots in Rust) and a high-throughput settlement network. Our developers also work with BNB Chain and other EVM chains. Tell us your chain and we match profiles to it.

Can your developers prepare our contracts for an audit?

Yes. Our production contracts have been independently audited, so our engineers write with that in mind: small trusted surfaces, full test coverage and clear documentation, then fixes for whatever the auditors find.

How quickly can a blockchain developer start?

We confirm availability and send resumes and rates within one business day. After you interview and approve a developer, average onboarding is about a week.

What if the developer is not the right fit?

You interview and approve everyone before they start, so surprises are rare. If a fit issue comes up, we replace the developer quickly at no extra cost.
