How we built it

We made governance a platform primitive, not a per-project chore — policy, RBAC, audit and oversight were the foundation, so every model deployed onto the plane inherited them automatically.

Delivery was phased: we proved the control plane with one workflow end to end, validated the compliance posture, then onboarded more. A senior pod owned the platform, integration and governance together.
